You’ve heard them all I’m sure: Lemon juice, lime juice, water, the pit, plastic wrap.I’ve always been disappointed in the results from those methods but I’ve pressed on in trying to find something that actually works.

I’m the only one in my house who eats avocado, so I rarely need to use the whole thing and I hate to waste half of it because avocados are just so.
